On March 2, 2025, coinciding with 1st Ramadan 1446H, the Infaq Kasih Ramadan program in Kedah commenced. The program is led by Pn. Nurul Aini Musa, a member of the MRA Kedah Community Development Committee.

The program was held at the PPR Paya Nahu 2 flats in Sungai Petani, where seven underprivileged families received essential food supplies.

This program is expected to run throughout the month of Ramadan, depending on the support and financial donations from kind-hearted donors who wish to help those in need.
