Setia City Mall, 6 May 2025 – In the spirit of Mother's Day, the Malaysian Relief Agency (MRA) Selangor, in partnership with UNIQLO, held a heartfelt celebration to honour and uplift the incredible single mothers of our community. On 6th May 2025, 15 single mothers were invited to a special shopping event at UNIQLO Setia City Mall, where they were each gifted a RM200 voucher to choose clothing that resonated with their personal style and needs.

For these mothers, this was not just about shopping, it was about being seen, valued, and celebrated for the love, resilience, and sacrifices they make every day. The opportunity to pick out clothes for themselves was a rare moment of self-care, an experience that reminded them of their worth and the importance of taking a moment for themselves amidst the challenges they face.

Understanding the importance of accessibility, MRA Selangor arranged transportation to ensure that these mothers could fully participate in the event, reflecting the agency’s unwavering commitment to inclusivity and community support.
